My Very First Bocuse Experience / Ma Toute Première Expérience Bocuse

I’m still alive!! So much happened since I last posted my dear food lovers! I am not sure what I have told you or haven’t told you… but now that my life is (a little) less crazy, I am back on LMP and I am posting again!

It’s actually while going for dinner on Friday night that I thought to myself:”Come on Lucie, it’s time to post again!”

On Friday evening, I had the huge privilege, the absolute joy, to eat a meal from Sir Paul Bocuse (3 Michelin Starred Restaurant), cooked by his right hand man Gilles Reinhardt, who was for a few evenings behind the stoves of the Wine Pub, at the Pullman Bangkok. (A huge thank you to Ludo, manager of the Wine Pub, and his wife Laetitia)

“Eating Bocuse’s food”, a childhood dream, number 3 on my Bucket List… And it happened in Bangkok. The wine pairing was absolute perfection, and I even got a signed menu from the Chef himself, waiting for me on our table, let me tell you that I had to put on a poker face and concentrate real hard not to cry!

All right, I will now stop annoying you, and share the few photos I took of that amazing and unforgettable evening (Sorry, there are bad photos, I was far too excited… You understand don’t you!)
