Cherry Clafoutis / Clafoutis aux Cerises

Another great weekend is ending. What did you get up to?

My sister bought beautiful organic cherries and brought them home this afternoon. First thing that came across our minds: A clafoutis!

For 8 portions: preparation: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 25 minutes

– 250 gr of fresh pitted cherries

– 2 eggs

– 20 cl of milk

– 1 tbsp vanilla extract

– 65 g flour

– 50 gr of sugar

– Butter

– Icing Sugar

1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Butter a mold.

2. In a bowl, combine eggs, flour, sugar. Then add the vanilla and the milk and mix well.

3. Arrange the cherries in the bottom of your mold. Cover with the preparation.

4. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Encore un super week-end qui se termine. Qu’avez-vous fait de votre côté?

Ma soeur a ramené de belles cerises bio en fin d’après-midi. Première idée qui nous est venue à l’esprit: Un clafoutis!

Pour 8 parts: préparation: 15 minutes, cuisson: 25 minutes

– 250 gr de cerises fraiches dénoyautées

– 2 oeufs

– 20 cl de lait

– 1 c.a.c d’extrait de vanille

– 65 gr de farine

– 50 gr de sucre

– Beurre

– Sucre glace

1. Préchauffez votre four à 200 degrés. Beurrez un moule. 

2. Dans un bol, mélanger les oeufs, la farine, le sucre. Ensuite, rajoutez la vanille et le lait, et mélangez.

3. Disposez les cerises en fond de votre moule. Recouvrez de la préparation.

4. Enfournez 25 minutes. Laissez refroidir et saupoudrez de sucre glace.
